Job Description

  • Can act as an interface between students/visitors and organization
  • Greeting visitors, handling phone calls,printers, scanners,date booking,mock test, documentation etc. Overall working knowledge of data entry into the computer and knowledge of telephone etiquette
  • Performing general office work, answers telephones, types letters and other information as necessary in front desk
  • Providing friendly customer relations while providing assistance to students/visitors requesting information on services, programs and general information on nature of our business
  • Coordinating with students, Ielts team and overall team in daily office works
  • Candidates working in the same industry will be prioritize
