KFA Business School an Academic wing of KFA was established in the year 2009. Since its inception, KFA Business School has introduced innovative and unique ‘learning methodologies’.  With ‘Dual Faculty System (DFS)’ as one of its core delivery mechanisms, KFA has been instrumental in developing much-needed academically sound and practically trained human resources.

KFA Consulting is a management-consulting Division within KFA, which serves leading businesses, governments and non-governmental organizations. Job Description

Reporting Line: Manager Admissions

The Assistant Business Executive/Customer Service is tasked in answering phone calls, receiving visitors, providing general information about the company, and answering inquiries related to activities conducted by the company. The role includes performing clerical and administrative duties such as organizing files, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and supporting other staff. The role also includes providing support for business development.

Responsibilities

Customer Service/Front Office Handling:

  • Meet & greet visitors in a friendly & polite manner. Answer all incoming calls & respond to queries.
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
  • Provide information to callers.
  • Greet and welcome customers, clients, and other visitors.
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers.
  • Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
  • Organize clients meeting with the line manager.
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area in relation with administrative department.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing email.
  • Maintain good relationship with all staff throughout the company, external visitors, students and other stakeholders.

Administration & Reporting:

  • Generally providing administrative support to all programs (BHM, BCS.IT, MBA, BBA and so on) as and when required specially during Admission Time.
  • Maintain office stationeries and consumables.
  • File, and maintain paper or electronic documents.
  • Undertake such other duties and tasks as may lie within the scope of this post to ensure the effective delivery of the job, i.e., Continually develop an understanding of the company’s culture, products, ethical initiatives, other areas of business, and reflect this in everyday performance.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars for executive. Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically for CEO

  • At least 2 years of working experience in a professional setup
  • College graduate with pleasing personality
