Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility is maintaining long-term, post-sales relationships with existing customers across a wide selection of companies and industries. You will play the role of the customer's advocate to ensure they are receiving appropriate support from all areas of the business.

Required skills and qualification:

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business administration, marketing or any related field
  • Preferred more who had a supervisory experience
  • Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
  • A Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet software and word processing software. This includes Microsoft programs such as Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Skillful in interpersonal, time management, communication, problem solving skills 
  • Familiarity with the internet and internet browsers including Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari
  • Should have Critical-Thinking Skills and will need to devise plans of action and asses those plans regularly
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Ability document procedures that are easily understood by others
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to multi-task and work independently 
  • Candidate preferred with outstanding communication skills as well as interpersonal abilities are a must
  • Fluency in English and Nepali essential ( both oral and written)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Able to work under pressure and deadline
  • Should be reliable and trustworthy

Duties and Responsibility:

  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
  • Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
  • Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
  • Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
  • Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
  • Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS & email                    
  • Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products
