Job Description

  • Greets and register all customers into the clinical management system with utmost accuracy and details
  • Directs customers and help/guide them with any required details; including handling incoming calls
  • Demonstrates appropriate discretion and judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and e-mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image and as per agreed SOPs
  • Cash handling – ensuring that the customer is billed with utmost accuracy
  • Keep the reception area clean, tidy and free from clutter always
  • Ensure that each customer is attended within the permissible time to reduce wait times and maximize customer experience
  • Educate customers on the process involved in the visa medical check-up
  • Deal with complaints or problems
  • Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations
  • Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on all partners’ itineraries
  • Order supplies and equipment when required
  • Update shift diaries and report maintenance issues
  • Deal with all general enquiries, explain procedures process flow and make new and follow-up appointments
  • Advice patients of relevant charges for private services, accept payment and issue receipts for same
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure necessary approvals etc. for timely deliverables
