Job Description

  • Receive inbound calls& reply to the concern clients
  • Escalation of problems to RF support department
  • Customer care after sale service
  • Respond enquiries by phone/email/in person providing information required in timely basis
  • Take and distribute accurate information
  • Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with connection and escalate any issues to HoD appropriately
  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps
  • Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation
  • Perform duties as per departmental requirements
