• Leading the development and execution of short term and long-term credit strategies, with the goal of increasing all stakeholder value.
• Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction with respect to lending.
• Soliciting advice and guidance, when appropriate, from CEO & Board of Directors
• Drafting, Evaluating and implementing Organization’s Credit Policy.
• Overseeing the credit related operation of the organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans
• Coordinating in developing various innovative loan products.
• Establishing and running an effective Credit System of the organization.  
• Leading the Credit Department of the organization. 
• Communicating, on behalf of the organization, with shareholders, government entities, and the public whenever required.
• Ensuring that the organization complies related rules and regulations of government and maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business
• Assessing credit risks to the organization and ensuring they are monitored and minimized
