• Design and review graphics, layouts and suggest/make improvements as needed
  
• Determine the message the design should portray.
• Forge and execute exciting digital ideas for online and offline ads
  
• Get the ads designed from team members and review them
  
• Design and produce print-ready layouts for use in newspaper or magazine in a daily deadline environment.

• Design marketing materials and sales flyers when required
  
• Produce quality work and strive for improvements in a fast-paced environment
  
• Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
• Adhering to a client’s brand identity and guidelines.
• Making sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/colour codes 
• Check and respond to e-mails in a timely manner
  
• Adhere to the company policies and procedures
• Resolve the issues within the team in time and bring the same to the notice of higher authorities when required
