Job Description

The job holder shall be responsible for analysing the market, Market planning, Implementation of the plan and Controlling through the implementation of appropriate marketing systems and feedbacks.

The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will include:

  • Formulate and implement Marketing Strategy by analysing the characteristics of the industry as a whole
  • Discuss, plan and foresee the improvement, addition and/or extension of the company’s product line and product variant
  • Foresee the various channels that are available, and analyze the characteristics of channel members and plan the same for the company’s benefit
  • Rationalize the company’s marketing effort and effectiveness and plan the company’s use of advertising and sales promotion programs for the company’s benefit 
  • Detail tactical plans for implementation each of the elements of the company’s marketing mix and in the market planning
  • Build Capability and ensure comprehensive succession planning
  • Plan & control annual budgets and monitor performance & progress towards the achievement of its marketing objectives against these plans
  • Conduct performance management and development of staff including succession planning
