As a Country director Nepal, you will be in the driving seat of our fast-growing operational facility. You will grow our 50+ team to the next level, develop international business and are capable to provide out of the box solutions to the challenges we face.

• You have at least 5 years’ experience managing a team or a company
• You are enthusiastic, driven and ambitious
• You are a people focused and down-to-earth Director
• You are service and result oriented
• You have a feel for business process and IT
• You have an independent and proactive work attitude
• You have a Master degree

• You will manage the day to day affairs of the company as if it were your own.

• You will set up a business development team to increase international sales.
• You report directly to Dutch senior management.
• You manage appraisals, training and development plans and encourage team-building among the production teams.
• You will set up a recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a continuous flow of new trainees to join our company.
