• Counselor may work within a specific college or university or affiliated Colleges/Universities of Australia

Job Specification:

• The Counselor is responsible for providing educational guidance and assistance for students by planning schedules, recommending courses and determining appropriate education solutions for different types of students
• They must also follow through and track the advancement of students
• Counselor must seek to meet the Student's requirements of Colleges/Universities and also the legal requirements as required by education ministry of Nepal

Salary and Incentives:

• Will be provided with Nrs. 192,000/- per annum
• Performance  bonus of  Nrs 50,000/- per annum
• Additional Bonus of Nrs 30,000/- upto 300,000/- per annum (Conditions apply)

Probation Period:

• 3-6 months depending on the performance of the candidate

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or above
• 2 years or more work experience preferred in the same sphere as an education consultant
• Should be able to work flexible hours; one willing to make a career at JTA will be preferred

Note: Preference will be given to the local candidates (Chitwan and Itahari)
