  • Should have at least 2-3 years of experience in training preferably Corporate Training and evaluating working professionals on communication and soft skills. Preference will be given to candidates from Training Consulting Company.
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook.
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, attentive to detail.
  • Should be strong in interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with the employees.
  • The candidate should have excellent presentation skills.
  • The candidate should have experience in drafting and implementing world-class training modules.

Job Description

  • Would be responsible to provide training in areas like soft skills, communication skills for impact, presentation skills, team building, business Etiquettes, and time management etc.
  • Would be responsible for content creation of modules like Team Building, presentation skills, soft skills etc along with using the material provided by the organization to develop modules, coursework that is clear, concise and accurate.
  • Would be responsible to conduct need assessment training for the employees that determines what type of training should be provided to the employee. This includes identifying gaps between the skills of individual employees and their present capabilities. 
  • The trainer would need to plan monthly calendar in discussion with the HR and Head of various Division in advance in order to ensure there is no cancellation in the calendar. 
  • Would be responsible to develop post training process like Metrics, reports, study of training impact.
  • Develop training strategies, objectives and roadmaps aligned to company/ financial objectives and in consultation with the Head of the Division.
  • The trainer would require designing exercises, instructional activities and training assessments that reinforce learning.
  • Would require delivering new hire training and other departmental training programs.
  • Perform such other task as may be assigned.
