Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years
Other Specification

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent
  • Should have at least two years proven work experience in a similar role
  • A thorough understanding of a company's business
  • Should have company secretarial experience including company law, company secretarial practice, corporate governance and risk management
  • Experience in best practice gained from varied experience in routine company secretarial matters
  • Ability to take the appropriate level of initiative and to drive an issue through to completion/resolution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, power-point and presentation skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English both in English and Nepali
  • Proficiency of Nepali typing will be given preference
  • Discretion with confidential information
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • An effective and patient communicator
  • A sense of balance no matter how pressured a situation
  • Should be presentable
  • Preference will be given to the candidates having a two-wheeler and a valid license


Job Description

  • Handling the day-to-day work schedule of the Chairman and the CEO
  • Knowing and complying with meeting notice requirements and ample time to conduct the meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions, handling, meeting correspondence and so on)
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Arranging the logistics of transportation, lodging, venue sites, and food
  • Maintaining important corporate documents and records
  • Liaising with stakeholders, board members, external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors
  • Ensuring compliance obligations under relevant laws and the requirements of regulatory authorities are met
  • Dealing with correspondence, collate information and write reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders
  • Managing office space and property as well as deal with personnel administration.
  • Representing the company when and where required
  • Other duties as assigned by the Chairman and the CEO
