Role:
Responsible for developing appropriate legal framework and support in providing legal leadership across the organization. Identify the business-related risks from legal perspective and keep the Sr. Management of respective units informed of issues that potentially affect their functional area. Keep track of all legal issues of the Company, coordinate with external legal advisors and keep track of court cases of the company. Support the Corporate Affairs Director in developing effective corporate governance framework of the Company. Lead and ensure timely execution on assignments related to the Ministry of Finance, Industry, Labour and other related departments and authorities.
