We are currently looking for 2 Coordinators to join the Regional Technical Management team reporting to the CONNECT Team Leader. Responsibilities will include:
- Leading on managing CONNECT partners for the delivery of activities.
- Working closely with partners to analyse and develop organisational and market strategies for scale and sustainability (concept notes, strategy briefs); and managing District Officers to deliver the above.
- Developing cross sector relationships for integrated efforts to improve interest of youth in business.
- Facilitating partner and downstream suppliers capacity building.
- Drafting briefing papers and supporting research and report writing needs – primary data collection and case studies.
- Monitoring, verifying and reporting on project progress.
- Developing and feeding in to / maintaining an active presence on social media.

Education
- Bachelors degree from a leading university, and have excellent writing, communication and presentation skills in English (and preferably Nepali).
Other requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience, with significant cross sector work experience
- A track record of working with diverse interest groups
- Strong analytical skills and interest in research
- Willingness to travel and live in remote districts in Nepal
- Being a woman is bonus!
