Job Responsibilities:

• Contracts Engineer shall be responsible for reviewing cost estimate, preparing commercial bidding and contract documents
• overview of  specifications, inviting bids, evaluation of bids and award of contracts
• S/he shall be familiar working with various contracts frameworks under the ICB and LCB environment
• S/he shall also be responsible for conducting reviews of project budgets and cost control, and contract administration during the execution of the Contract

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Preferably Master's degree in Construction Management
• At least 7 years' experience for Bachelor's Level and 5 years' experience for Master's Level, in contract preparation and administration in hydropower projects
