Job Description

  • Meet the project's requirements per the specifications and overall style of writing
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
  • Provide administrative support to the team for documentation, client correspondence and visa lodgement purposes 
  • Update and maintain client databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Write and edit content for the company's website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials
  • Conduct research and gather information to produce informative and engaging content that reflects the company's brand and values
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards
  • Liaise with the clients to customize the content per their conditions to ensure the consistency and accuracy of their individual scenarios
  • Conduct research on any given topic and bridging gaps and inconsistencies to ensure alignment in style and delivery
  • Communicate and cooperate with clients and colleagues to understand the different cases and their prerequisites
  • Understanding the individuality of the situation and creating content and documents to justify the critical nature of the situation at hand
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
