We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to fill the role of Videographer and Social Media Graphics Designer. This position requires a passion for visual storytelling through video and graphic design, as well as knowledge in social media management. The ideal candidate should be able to produce high-quality videos and graphics tailored for various social media platforms, assisting in enhancing branding and engagement.

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Videography:

• Video content on office and on-location, ensuring high production quality.
• Edit and produce videos suitable for social media, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards, aligning with promotional strategies.

2. Graphic Design:

• Create visually striking graphics for social media posts, marketing materials, and digital                          campaigns.
• Develop and produce engaging visual content that resonates with target audiences while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create graphics.

3. Social Media Management:

• Manage social media accounts by scheduling and posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
• Develop social media strategies that include content planning and trend analysis to optimize user engagement and reach.
• Analyze and report on social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make informed decisions for future content.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background:  Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Videography, or        a related field preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience (1-2years) in videography and graphic design, particularly in          digital    marketing or advertising settings. (Freshers can also apply)

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Cap Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is essential.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles with the ability to create compelling graphics and videos.
• Creative Skills: Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain consistency in branding.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

 Work Environment:

This role requires flexibility to work in different environments, including office settings and on-location shoots. The candidate should be comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
