Job Description

  • Perform an overall quality check for all product related content prior to its activation
  • Activation/general format of brands 
  • Ensure content uploads are done in a timely manner and as per the content guidelines 
  • Oversee the tasks performed by the Photographers and editors and ensure that established image content guidelines are met
  • Highlight and escalate issues in the established procedures to the product team and ensure requisite changes are applied 
  • Liaise with the Vendor Managers/vendor support/customer support teams to resolve issues and ensure inter-departmental coordination 
  • Resolve sync issues and propose alternatives for problem resolution 
  • Ensure restricted and unauthorized products are disabled 
  • Create/update categories 
  • Post quality check of live products

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s Degree in business, engineering, computer science with  minimum 2-year work experience in a reputed company
  • Must be very detail-oriented, comprehensive and a good reading skill
  • Critical-thinking: Must be able to use logic and reasoning to identify if products are appropriate for Daraz standards.
  • Proficiency in excel and data management
  • IT knowledge is preferred
  • Basic understanding of knowledge of how content is structured and content guidelines.
  • Communication and time management skills
