Requirements:

1. Letter of expression of interest
2. Technical and financial proposal in separate files and folders
3. Firms profile detailing the past assignment (at least one baseline report as a sample copy)
4. CVs of team leader, disability expert and research associate highlighting their areas of work and past experience 
5. Latest tax clearance certificate
6. Vat registration certificate (for both firms and individual consultants)
7. Previous experience working with people with disability
