Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 3 years
Professional Skill Required : Creative Thinking Communication Organizational Reporting
Other Specification
  • Experience of designing, implementation and supervision of building construction work
  • At least 3 years of experience of working in community based approach/program
  • Ensure to work 80% in field sites
  • Willing to make frequent field visits and spend nights in the villages
  • Strong community mobilization skill
  • Manage construction projects, ensuring that they are scheduled and built in accordance with plans and specifications
  • Strong skills on training design and facilitation
  • High level computer skill is required (Auto Cad)
  • Ability to prepare reports as per need of organization
  • Willing to travel frequently to remote villages
  • Bike driving skill with driving license
  • Ability to correspond well (written and verbal) in both English, Nepali and Tharu languages
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Country Director

Job Description

BuildOn Nepal Dhangadhi, Kailali invites application from an energetic, experienced, self motivated, qualified Nepali citizen with a strong background in school building construction for under mentioned post. buildOn Nepal is committed to help in formal and non formal education to poor and disadvantaged rural communities in Lumbini and Far- Western province (Kailali , Banke, Bardiya and Kanchanpur).

Required Documents

  • Updated CV within two references
  • Photocopy of citizenship, driving license, educational certificates, Certificate of register engineer from Nepal engineering council etc
