This role may involve troubleshooting software and hardware issues, replacing faulty parts, and configuring software settings.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other computing devices
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
• Replace faulty parts and perform upgrades on devices as needed
• Configure software settings and ensure proper functionality of all devices
• Keep up to date with the latest technological advancements and developments in the field
• Document technical processes and procedures
• Write and Edit Technical Guides and Assist writers and other team members
