• Establish Workflow: People, Ownership, Roles, Processes
• Content Plan: What, When, How (Short/Long Term) Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Exceptional writing and editing skills and ability to communicate efficiently
• Exacting attention to detail, strategic planning & presentation skills
• Experience with HTML, CSS, Photoshop is an advantage
• Ability to handle and allocate jobs to subordinate / team
• Ability to exercise the utmost discretion, meet tight deadlines and fill urgent requests
• Team player, ability to interact with staff at all levels
• Humble, highly organized, strong work ethic and proactive in approach to work

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic content ideas for use with Creative publications, and digital channels.
• Provide ongoing communications to better promote Creative programs through mixed media (web, newsletters, social media, print media, video, website, etc.);
• Assist programs in the development of communications deliverables, including planning of tasks, scheduling and their eventual completion;
• Deep research and understanding of current and future digital trends across all platforms

Educational Background: 

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, journalism or a related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to produce cogent and compelling written text such as news stories, feature stories, press releases, marketing materials, video scripts and more
• Demonstrated experience with emerging media, including digital and social media and networking tools
• Samples of published work, particularly journalistic style text and stories
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
