Job Location: Based in Kathmandu with significant field travel

Job Description: 

  • The Commercial Sales Director is responsible to lead the commercial sales department and build the commercial capacity of MSPT. Major job responsibility of this position is to develop and implement commercial sales strategies to drive revenue for ultimate business growth.

Minimum Qualification and experiences:

  • Masters’ Degree in business management or other relevant disciplines with at least 8 years of working experience in sales or commercial role or Bachelors’ degree with more than 10 years of working experience. Experience in senior management level is necessary. Significant experience in sales and marketing in the health development sector or corporate sector is necessary. Proven experience in new brand and product development and launch is essential. Knowledge in reproductive healthcare service delivery models and health financing approaches will be an advantage.
