We are looking for an experienced and hardworking candidate to take responsibility as a Commercial Manager with a strong background in Finance & Accounts.

The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree with knowledge of industry management systems, including strict compliances. In addition to above, an excellent communication skill, firm leadership and the ability to work as part of a team would be preferable.

Responsibilities:

• Planning factory daily routines
• Maintaining high standards of compliance’s
• Implementing production strategies as per the requirements
• Monitoring the factory affairs
• Taking corrective action as and when required
• Assigning tasks to the factory staff
• Creating and enforcing quality control standards
• Suggest improvements in the strategies
• Preparing production schedules and reports
• Inspecting the quality of the finished products
• Maintaining a sound relationship with the clients
• Presenting the daily/weekly/monthly reports to the higher management
