  • Ability to imagine and implement programs with dedication and attention to detail
  • Ability to produce/work as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to use both data and rationale to inform decisions and communicate this with team members

Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement our CA Program
  • Write down detailed program plans, prepare program budgets, communicate roles and responsibilities efficiently with team members and program partners, and execute the program plan within the designated time frame
  • Prepare reports on programs you supervise, conduct evaluations and reflection sessions and modify and strengthen the programs based on this
  • Track expenses, inventory, and supplies for the programs you supervise, ensure programs are implemented within the approved budgetary limits
  • Assist in brainstorming new ideas and support the planning and designing of new programs
  • Assist in the development of workshops and arts based educational curriculum for our programs
  • Consistently produce high-quality written and visual content for our programs
