Job Description

  • Provide regular update to the client about new features and modules
  • Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships.
  • Analyze and resolve support calls and issues promptly 
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients to ensure that deals are finalized  
  • Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations.
  • Develop process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain customer record by updating account information
