  • Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships will be a bonus.

Job Description

The role requires someone who can work independently, be very discrete and tactful dealing with people, has excellent communication skills to operate on his/her behalf and make informed decisions in tough situation. S/he will work closely and report to the Managing Director. Core Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customercompanies.
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
  • Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
  • Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
  • Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
  • Achieving client relationship targets and KPIs.
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
  • Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
  • Passing leads to the supervisor and following up on progress.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
  • Responsible as a project leader for Finacle software implementing in different commercial banks.
  • Responsible for data migration implementing in different commercial banks.
  • Prepare project plans
