Job Description

As a customer service manager, your most important role is leading and motivating a team of staff to ensure they’re giving the best customer service possible. You’ll also be expected to know your company’s products and policies inside out and be able to communicate it to other members of staff. Because customer services jobs can encompass a range of industries, your daily tasks will change depending on what your company actually does.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Helping to build good customer relations and handling face-to-face enquiries from Customers
  • Recruiting staff and doing appraisals
  • Arranging staff meetings and internal management meetings
  • Training, certifications and on-job learning & development
  • Handling warranty and annual service related complaints and queries (from customers and staff)
  • Increase Service Revenue and maintain growth
  • Handle all key Service Level Agreement for existing and new clients
  • Arranging promotional events, survey, and align with OEM service policy & plan
  • Increase new Client and Service
  • Assist core Product & Service team for customer satisfaction and meet the objective of sale related services
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Learning about your organization’s products or services and keeping up to date with changes
