Build up Nepal is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer/Quality manager to join our team. We work with reconstruction in remote rural areas. 

The job consist of three parts: 

1. Ensure construction quality in each of our projects

• Developing routines and system to ensure quality
• Visit sites for inspection
• Ensure that quality routines are followed and implemented
• Find the proper methods to measure and ensure quality in remote and rural locations. 
• Develop training for new employees and make sure all trainers are teaching the same techniques
• Build a learning environment in the organisation so that new knowledge an information is shared. 

2. Financial cross-checking. 

• You will also be working together with our finance team for financial cross-checking of different construction projects.
• Cross-checking purchases, transport and labor expenditure in different projects. 

3. Follow up

• Make sure that each project is getting proper follow up so that we can evaluate the results and take action to turn-around bad projects.
