• Manage,  develop, and maintain interior projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• Team work with engineers, architects, and able to use technical skills to make sure that building sites are fit for purpose
• Co-ordinate and manage the technical team as well as handling the overall project
• Mobilize the necessary equipment and manpower accordingly
• Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities and everything related to project from drawings, BOQ, bills/estimates etc.
• Complete supervision, management and monitor the site for the quality of service
• Required to travel various Construction Sites, (outside valley) when required
• Prepare a periodic report about the status of the ongoing project and submit to reporting person
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

Note: Two- wheeler driving licence is required for this post
