• BE Civil, having at least 3 years of working experience as a Civil Engineer in Building Construction
  
• Should have good knowledge of the construction of various components of the building
  
• Knowledge of different construction technology, techniques, and methods
  
• Experience in managing the day to day activities of the construction site
  
• Ability to properly explain design and drawings
  
• Should have good knowledge of annual price variations in the market
  
• Ability to monitor construction jobs strictly as per approved design and drawings
  
• Ability to measure and value the work done on site with accuracy
  
• Excellent Supervising, Team working and communication skills
  
• Excellent Numerical skills
  
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
  
• Should have good knowledge of Auto Cad, estimation and costing
  
• Candidate must have very good knowledge about preparing the bills for the construction project

Working hour: 10am-5pm
