Circulation Manager of New Business Age (P) Ltd. is responsible to successfully execute the annual Circulation & Sales Plan in line with NBA’s in terms of growth and profit.

REPORTS TO: GM Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop effective strategies and plans for managing the circulation and promotion of the products of Nubiz
  
• Identify and establish the means to generate revenue by increasing subscriptions and classified space selling
  
• Implement the branding and circulation plans approved by CEO/GM
  
• Understand and facilitate in implementing the strategies proposed by consultant
  
• Manage people assigned to the team and lead the team by example
  
• Conduct performance appraisal of the members of such team
  
• Mentor, train and develop colleagues and subordinates and preserve a healthy work environment
  
• Ensure sound circulation system
  
• Supervise the overall tasks of Circulation, Dispatch and other employees
  
• Perform other tasks as required

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES: 

• Meet or exceed the monthly, year-to-date and annual personal sales target
  
• Provide weekly key issues, concerns and proposed measures/solutions along with the financial data and achievements to the management
  
• Conduct a weekly team meeting to update on current plans and needed action
  
• Work on annual and monthly sales target
