• Planning, supervising, resourcing and delivering LEARN’s service programs including the core teacher training programs
• Preparation of comprehensive reports of all delivered programs
• Enhancing LEARN’s service delivery capabilities including the recruitment and training of both permanent and casual staff
• Maintenance of cooperative arrangements with like- minded organizations including REED
• Building and Maintenance of effective relationship with relevant government entities including in particular Department of Education, National Council for Educational Development, Social Welfare Council, District Education Office and District Development Committee.
