  • Should have 5+ years’ experience in GM/COO like role leading a 50+ people team for a multi-site organization
  • Experience in managing overall P&L for multiple projects with budgets over Rs 1 Crore each
  • Adept at dealing with component suppliers, government officers, and local partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, or similar planning and budgeting tools
  • Experience in building capacity –developing a top-notch workforce, establishing processes, and preparing detailed budgets
  • Thorough understanding of finance, systems, HR, strategic development and planning

Job Description

  • Lead and manage a service organization to proliferate renewable energy.
  • Help complete projects in time and within budget with high customer satisfaction
  • Optimize inventory management with efficient accounting and procurement
  • Implement HR policies to maximize work efficiency and timeliness 
  • Help keep an upbeat staff morale and a fun and dynamic company culture Establish mentoring and collaboration as cornerstones for staff career development 
  • Act as the lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with every client and partner Full time position reporting directly to CEO
  • Candidate will be solely responsible for leading a young and dynamic team to implement exciting commercial solar projects all across Nepal. 
  • Candidate will mentor project developers and an operations team.
  • Candidate will motivate them to realize their full potential, and fight load-shedding with solar.
