Job Description

  • Coordinate between board and company management
  • Set company's business targets, develop strategies, annual and periodic action plans etc.  
  • Handle overall company and mobilize team to achieve company's overall goal
  • Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, SMEs and clients, logistics companies and other relevant national and international agencies for the sake of company's benefit
  • Establish and maintain a fraternity of company with competitors, other companies, government bodies, political parties and other related persons
  • Motivate staff and encourage for optimum performance
  • Supervise and audit routine and periodic plans and delegate responsibilities authorities as required
  • Coordinate and organize the department heads and other employees and provide appropriate instruction if necessary
