Qualification and Experience :

Be Nepali citizen not having residential permit of any type of any foreign country
Be eligible to be appointed as the CEO of a commercial bank as per prevailing laws and NRB regulations
Possess minimum Master's Degree in Management / Banking / Finance / Economics / Commerce / Accounts / Statistics / Business Administration / Law or a qualified as a Chartered Accountant after having completed the bachelor's degree
Possess at least 10 years of experience in domestic / international banks or large regional finance institutions or multilateral development banks,in officer and above level
Possess proven experience with an excellent track record in leading, managing, and inspiring a team of dynamic professionals
