Minimum Qualification Requirement:

• Master’s Degree in Management or Economics or Commerce or Statistics or Finance or Business with at least first division marks or CGPA 3 out of 4 or a professional qualification as CA / ACCA / CFA.
• Minimum 7 years of post above degree's work experience in banks or financial institutions or capital market or finance, of which, a minimum of 3 years must be in a managerial capacity.
• Age not exceeding 50 years as of December 01, 2017.

Job Summary:
This is the apex managerial position reporting to the Board of Directors and responsible for the overall management of the Company and for execution of plans, policies and strategies approved by the Board to ensure that the Company’s vision, mission, objectives are achieved through the execution of annual business plans and maintain its leadership position as one of the top Merchant Bankers. Other major responsibilities include:

• Development of Products, preparation of Policies, Programs, Operations Manuals,
• Strategic plans and Annual Business Plan & Budget.
• Designate roles and responsibilities to unit heads and delegate required tasks & authorities in order to meet the desired expectations.
• Marketing of products/services.
• Ensuring smooth functioning and superior customer service and strict compliance to policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and laws.
• Motivating staff for the achievement of common organizational goals.
• Performance monitoring.
• Ensuring good working environment for staff to flourish as good performers.
• Enhancing skills/knowledge of staff through mentoring and qualitative training.
• Keeping track of the competitive environment and new market trends and re-calibrating plans, programs, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition by introducing new products and services and improving service delivery.
• Ensuring optimization of resources and returns.
• Ensuring timely completion of the audit and Annual General Meeting.
• Ensuring that the Company stands as a good corporate citizen
• Maintaining professional cordial relationship with all stakeholders including regulators.

Candidates should have:

• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Nepali.
• Good managerial skills
• Good skills in MS applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good rapport with stakeholders
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good sales and marketing skills
• Good negotiation skills
