  • The candidate should be a graduate in either Management/ Social Work/ Psychology/ Health Care Management with a minimum experience of at least 2 years in related field.
  • Strong knowledge on Microsoft office packages, office procedures and accounting principles
  • Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment
  • Ability to supervise and cooperate with each departments
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (Both Nepali and English)
  • Great organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
  • Strong presentation skills, conflict management skills, market and product knowledge

Job Description

  • Overall management of a Psychiatric Hospital
  • Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers
  • Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail
  • Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databases
  • Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts
  • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
  • Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed
  • Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
  • Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers
