• High school or vocational diploma
  
• Experience in leading restaurant or hotel environment minimum 5 years in the same position
  
• Menu planning experience
  
• Financial Management experience including Food cost control, purchasing, reporting, forecasting and budgeting
  
• Well informed of local food product   
  
• Good English in written and oral communication skill
  
• Creativity and opened mind
  
• Good knowledge of high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety
  
• Designs and implements training for kitchen team
