With this affiliation, GATE has access to curriculum, plans, management and systems support so that it can provide Nepali students with the latest in Hospitality management training.

Job Description

  • Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service Report for duty punctually, in the correct uniform, clean and neatly pressed
  • Direct report to Executive chef and Sous chef
  • Make sure proper cooking instruction is been followed by yourself and by junior staff
  • Assist Sous Chef in updating all necessary HACCP Checklist
  • Check daily and weekly cleaning schedule and instruct Commis chef and Kitchen steward
  • Make sure to always have enough product for operation, if not, immediately inform for arrangement
  • Perform daily mep chiller cleaning, proper labelling, covering and filling mep list for next day
  • Assist Sous Chef in case needed and take the lead on his/her day off
