Job Description

  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency and presentation for the food served in the restaurant
  • Management of kitchen operations of the hotel including: staffing, scheduling, purchasing, food cost control and administration
  • Administer quality assurance program
  • Participate in the development of new recipes, menus and programs
  • Chef must know how to cook Newari and Nepali also
