Job Description

  • Receive and make call to channel partner and provide first level service to each query
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers explaining possible solutions and ensure that channel partner feel supported and valued
  • Follow the Ncell guidelines to determine, if there are immediate resolution to channel issues or the issues requires supervisor’s input
  • Maintain and improve quality KPIswhich directly impact the incentives of the agent
  • Conduct survey calls to Point of Sales and fill the necessary details in system as well
  • Support the SIM replacement service of customer
  • Follow the KBS for information regarding new product and services
  • Should work in any shift plan
  • Perform any other reasonable duty assigned by supervisor
