Job Description

  • Supervise that Accounting, Contracts and any kind of books and documents are properly kept and maintained.
  • Be responsible of Company’s commitment toward any Fiscal and Public authority
  • Approve payment to suppliers or third parties.
  • Monitor cash and bank operations being sure that, periodically, accounts are properly reconciled.
  • Approve daily expenses and any expenses in the limit fixed by the Board or seek for its necessary approval.
  • Establish a proper personnel policy selecting and employing the necessary staff and managing them in accordance with the law and the Board directives taking responsibility for any matter relative to their health and safety. Also providing staff performance record when requested.
  • Supervise that proper stock system is maintained including goods receiving or delivery, inventories, sales reports, placing of orders for missing or necessary material, claims toward suppliers or insurance company, etc.,
  • Supervise import operation, including transport, customs, insurance, etc.
  • Be responsible that vehicle licenses are obtained.
  • Provide, in the foreseen time, Board members with a Monthly Economic Report accompanied by his monthly report aimed at giving to the partners a complete idea of the situation. Through this report, he will give information, comments and suggestions related to the financial, operating and sales situation and any kind of information deemed to keep the partners sufficiently 
  • Create and maintain a network of Agents and distributors to properly marketing Company products throughout the country.
  • Identify potential customers and selling opportunities.
  • Marketing through popular Social Media Channels or participating to proper promotional events
  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take the appropriate actions
  • Liaise with external regulators authorities and advisers, such as lawyers, auditors, Yatayat Bewosta Bivag (Department of Transport), Department of Custom, Department of Tax and others whatsoever is necessary for regular operation
  • Provide general advice and assistance in the prosecution or defense of any legal proceedings by or against the Company, on Company’s behalf and follow up the same in accordance with such instructions as shall be provided to the Manager in this respect by the Company
