CA or person having Accounts & Finance background
4 to 5 years of experience in a managerial position, preferably from a trading background
Pro active with strong Leadership skills

Identify the new locations for the business expansion
Lead and direct the set up of the new dealerships and create new sales distribution network of the products
Drive and lead the finance, sales and people of all the business locations
Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure the business produces expected result
Review financial and non-financial reports and make corrections wherever needed to advance the business and increase profit
Build strong relations with the dealers and clients
Encourage sales team to explore new business via direct marketing
Maintain a deep knowledge of products, business and market
Be up to date with the legal terms related to the business
Lead and direct the total employees throughout the company
Responsible for overall management of the entire business
