• Accept the command from the process engineer and supervisor to ensure the normal production of the system in the area under its jurisdiction.
• Operate and monitor the operating status of the system equipment, and instruct relevant personnel to inspect and maintain the equipment according to the situation to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
• Work arrangements and scheduling for equipment operation, process maintenance, inspection workers, and sampling workers in the area under its jurisdiction, responsible for the compilation and revision of the work instructions for each position under its jurisdiction, and ensure the subordinates’ work specifications.
• According to the operating parameter standards issued by the Process section and the quality standards issued by the Quality Control Department, control the operation of the system in the area under its jurisdiction to ensure the stability and accuracy of the system parameters, and ensure that the output of the area under its jurisdiction is stable and the quality meets the company's regulatory requirements.
• Put forward the skills retraining needs of subordinates to ensure that they continue to meet the requirements of the job.
• Operate strictly in accordance with the work instructions, and record the process parameters and product quality in a timely manner to ensure the operation specifications and the authenticity of the records.
• Strictly implement safety operating procedures to ensure that no safety accidents occur in this system, and be responsible for safety education to subordinates.
• Control the energy consumption, material consumption, and overtime work of the team to achieve effective cost control.
• According to the changes of parameters, communicate with the duty supervisor, process engineer in charge, and quality control department in a timely manner to ensure accurate detection and accurate ingredients.
• Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by superiors as required
