Experience:

• 8 Years+ experience in an international recognized casino venue, having had exposure and an understanding in a Management role, of the Asian Rolling & Commission play market 
• Must have at least 4 years of experience at senior level

Scope of work:

• Responsible for the overall effective and efficient management of the Cash/Cage Department
• Able to lead, coach and counsel associates when needed
• Responsible for monitoring and supervision of Cash/Cage Staff, train them for monitoring guest needs

Knowledge Transfer: Take ownership of Staff Training and development

Language: Must be able to communicate in English and knowledge of any other languages would be an added benefit

Salary: Negotiable
