Applications are now open for CareerPrep Fellowship Cohort 3! Career Prep Fellowship aims to facilitate young females in both their professional as well as life based skills. The goal of the Fellowship is to prepare graduating university young females for the workplace, specifically by enabling them to develop competency in terms of their professional and business skills. A key aspect about the fellowship is fellows attaining access to over 50 different companies in Nepal, along with the opportunity of a 16-week personalized one-on-one mentorship session with an industry expert.

All Bachelors and Masters level female students, as well as young female professionals are eligible to apply. Applications for Cohort 3 are open until December 2018, with a rolling screening process. Which means, the sooner you apply, the better the chances are of you securing a seat for CareerPrep Fellowship Cohort 3!

The fellowship consists of facilitated sessions which span over 10 weeks and 16 weeks of mentored session from industry experts. The sessions focus on developing 70% soft skills and 30% hard skills among the fellows.

Eligibility: All Masters and Bachelors level female students in Nepal 

Fellowship Components:

The Fellowship begins on January of 2019 and ends on April. The Facilitated sessions will be conducted once every week for 4 hours and the Mentored sessions is expected to take place an hour every week throughout the Fellowship period. 

The Fellowship will run in a cycle of 4 months and the cost per month is calculated to a total of NPR 2000. To complete the four month cycle, the fellows will be charged a total of NPR 8000 . The Fellowship will include Mentor-Mentee Meetup, Facilitated Sessions, Mentored Sessions, project work, Recruitment Drive and Graduation Ceremony.
