Capacity Building Specialist

The Capacity Building Specialist will be responsible for conducting readiness review and developing capacity building plans for implementing partners, further identifying their capacity needs and providing them overall technical assistance for improvement and system strengthening.

The consultant will work with local implementing partners in coordination with EpiC Nepal team at field and country office.

Qualification:

Master’s degree in management, public health or related field
Five (5) years of experience providing capacity-building support through training, consultations, and other mechanisms to NGOs with varying levels of organizational capacity. Candidate with experience of conducting capacity assessment of one or more organization in the past will be given preference.
