Job Requirements: The candidate for this job position requires an ability to support and enhance end to end business processes with an experience in process mapping and process reengineering in areas including, but not limited to current business processes and business systems integration. The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills along with an aptitude for end to end process definition, documentation, problem solving and analytical thinking. The candidate is expected to direct and implement the Bank’s innovative research and development objectives and initiatives towards achievement of strategic goals, research and development. 

Eligibility Criteria for Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer: Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Management/IT-Management/Engineering/Computer Science or related field. At least three years of banking experience in related area. Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years as of January 29, 2020.
