Purpose of the position:

• To assist the company to acquire new customers and take feedback. 
  

Responsibilities and duties

• The business development officer is responsible for, but not limited to these:
  
• Develop Business plans, growth and profitability targets. 
  
• Develop marketing, advertising and sales strategies.
  
• Collect feedback from customers.
  
• Public relation activities.
  
• Research market, competitor’s policies, products, prices and provide market studies for potential business opportunities.
  
• New Branch Identification and establishment.
  
• Franchise model development & implementation.
  
• Other related activities/tasks
